Backpage.com / craigslist.com Users Warning – Police Pose as Prositutes

The days of decoy police officers walking the street in scantly clad outfits is a thing of the past.  Thanks to the internet, social media and communications apps like KIK, the police are letting you do the walking.  Police decoys simply post advertisements on sites such as Backpage.com or Craigslist.com under the heading of escorts or casual encounters; then they wait to set the hook.  The John (a person who uses the services of a prostitute) contacts the decoy, a conversation ensues; then before you know it you are meeting a beautiful woman in a hotel discussing the exchange of sex for money.  Once an agreement is reached, the police come into the room and arrest John.  The whole thing is video tapped…

If you find yourself in a compromising position i.e. arrested after engaging a police decoy in a prostitution sting; Call Me.  I can help.
